*For rentals that include the pool, no more than 25 guests can use the pool.

STERLING GATE RESIDENTS If you are not a member of the Swim Club, the following rates apply Clubhouse only Rental: 5 hours - $180 12 hours - $280 Clubhouse and Pool Rental: ONLY available for a 5hr rental on Wednesdays or Sundays. Rental must be for the 5-10 timeslot. |
SWIM CLUB MEMBERS If you are a member of the Swim Club, the following rates apply Clubhouse Rental (Pool optional / included) 5 hours - $155 12 hours - $255 |
