Abingdon By the River Clubhouse Reservations
Residents of Abingdon By The River may reserve the clubhouse by completing the rental request form located below the calendar.
10am-4pm: $200 Rental Fee and $350 Deposit*
5pm-10pm: $200 Rental Fee and $350 Deposit*
10am-10pm: $400 Rental Fee and $350 Deposit*
*Deposit checks are not cashed unless there is a violation of the Club 55 Rules.
Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered confirmed until approved by the management company. A copy of the rules/guidelines is below.
