Rental Contract must be submitted with two rental checks and the Cleaning Checklist must be completed and returned to Selective Management within 72 hours of rental to have deposit returned.
*The Clubhouse capacity is limited to 207 guests.
* Please read all rental rules and note that guests should not be in the gym or pool area during rentals. all minors must be under supervision of adults at all times during events.
